VIATF/ Low interest Loan Program
The Virgin Islands Assistive Technology Foundation (VIATF) offers people with disabilities access to low-interest bank loans to help purchase assistive technology devices and services.
Assistive Technology/ VITRAID
The term ‘assistive technology device’ means any item, piece of equipment, or product system, whether acquired commercially, modified, or customized, that is used to increase, maintain, or improve functional capabilities of individuals with disabilities.

The VIUCEDD is a federally funded program of the Administration for Community Living, a part of the Department of Human Services. We work to implement a bridge between research and practice and bring evidence-based research and the best-level of practice to our community.
